The only thing more boring then endless rows of stockinette stitch is endless rows of tiny tiny stockinette.
The sock is coming along slowly but well, I think. Turning the heel was pretty simple, though it doesn’t fit quite right I think — the heel flap is rather narrower then my heel is so a great bit of the sock stretches off too one side. I’m not sure if it should do that or not. The gusset decreases were a piece of cake, and all in all it’s well.
I think I definitely need to pick a patterned sock if I knit socks again though – the endless rounds of stockinette are driving me nuts.
