All finished, and ready to come home. And older then we thought – the piano tech was able to research the model and serial number for us, and found out that she was built in 1893.
We’ll be getting an appraisal, and a rider policy for our homeowners (it’s too old/expensive to be covered under the regular policy). And the floor is getting reinforced. I need to slightly re-arrange our living room now — the piano has had a designated home since we moved in, but it’s got a couple of bookshelves in it right now.
She is a fabulous beauty!
