I’ll be heading to Ann Arbor, MI at the end of the month – I’m going to visit some relatives, drink coffee at Espresso Royale, and go to the Ann Arbor Fiber Expo! I’m pretty excited about that last – coffee and relatives are old hat, but I’ve never been to a fiber fest before, and I’m looking forward to it.
I’ll be taking two classes – a beginning spinning class on Saturday, and a toe up sock class on Sunday (socks on two circs, too, another new technique). Not being a sock knitter at all, this one I expect to be pretty challenging.

They didn’t have that when I lived there! Oh — it’s the “First Annual”. Well, maybe next year I can use that as an excuse to visit one of my favorite cities….

Sounds wonderful ! I hope you take lots of pictures. I’ve become so comfortable with DPNs that I’m not even tempted by the socks-on-two-circs, but that, of course, could change.
