And it’s been on the hard side recently. Not bad, nothing really going on to lay the blame on — just hard.
Things haven’t been going smoothly – stuff has needed to be rescheduled un-expectedly, knitting projects have gone awry, things have just been hard.
So you just breathe, and keep going and trust that things do improve with time.
And they do.
But the squirrel mittens are still too small.

It really is sometimes. I think it is the time of year for life to get hard and knitting to get ripped. There seems to be quite a few knitters in the rip-a-long lately.
Welcome back. My deepest sympathy on the squirrel mittens–what a heart-breaker! I did want to thank you for putting that link up. I went to see the mitten pattern, then moved on to the genergic Norwegian hat and mitten charts and have been having all sort of fun with them.
