Yup! It’s a delicious and simple bread (especially if you have a bread machine or stand mixer to knead the dough). It’s from Peter Reinhart’s book “The Bread Baker’s Apprentice”, his formula for Italian Bread.
If anyone out there is a hesitant beginning baker, this is the recipe (and book) to start with.
